I arrived at this place after many years of searching for what it meant to belong—within myself and with others—and to find peace. That journey was really about learning to love more authentically. I've learned and changed a lot, and that growth continues.

I feel it's important for me to support other people to find themselves and their meaning through healing, counselling, and teaching you how to love more deeply and meaningfully. That's what it's all about.

My path here took me through teaching, a long corporate career, and extensive personal development and study—all while exploring what it means to be me and what it means to love.
